Howah, the renowned Waterloo Chinese Takeaway, is now open at our brand-new shop in Oakes — and our Waterloo location remains open for business too! Established in 1993. The owner of Howah is Philip Lee, son of the owner of the legendary Hongkong restaurant at the bottom of Northumberland Street. While closed for many years, Hongkong was one of Huddersfield’s very first Chinese eateries, famous for its excellent menu, reasonably priced food and outstanding service. We deliver to almost all areas of Huddersfield, with a delivery fee from £1.5 to a maximum of £5 depending on distance. Our kitchen is run by experienced chefs, and we only use fresh ingredients for every order. Both of our shops are now open, and we warmly welcome everyone to visit whichever is more convenient for you! We can’t wait to see you soon.
